01 — Open your PDF
Choose a PDF on the homepage or in the editor. You can also drag it into the file area. The browser opens your local file; it does not send it to us. We support PDFs up to 50 MB and 200 pages. Keep an original copy.
02 — Create your electronic signature
To create your e-signature, choose Signature, then Draw, Type, or Upload. Draw using your mouse or finger, type your name in a handwriting style, or choose an existing signature image. Select your ink colour and click Place on document.
Click the page where you want it to appear. To place with a keyboard, focus the page and press Enter. Drag your mark to move it. Drag the corner handle to resize it. Proportions are locked by default; turn off Lock proportions to change width and height separately.
For a typed signature, initials or text field, select the placed field and open Font below the Width and Rotation controls. Preview handwriting styles such as Caveat, Allura and Dancing Script, or choose a document-style font. The selected style appears in the downloaded PDF too. Font selection does not change drawn or uploaded signatures.
03 — Add the finishing touches
Use Text, Initials, and Date to add other details. Switch pages using the thumbnails or page arrows. Add as many fields as you need. Use the zoom buttons to inspect small details; click the percentage to return to fit width.
Use Undo and Redo to step back and forward. Keyboard shortcuts are Ctrl/Command + Z for undo and Ctrl/Command + Shift + Z for redo. A selected field can be moved with arrow keys; Shift moves it further. Press Delete to remove it. Focus the corner handle and use left/right arrows to resize.
04 — Review and download
Check every page, confirm your intention and authority to sign, and choose Finish & download. We prepare a new PDF locally, use one credit, and start the download. A free sample uses no credits. We add no visible watermark or promotional footer to your export. Your original is unchanged. Open the downloaded copy in your PDF reader to check it before sharing.
